丫丫乐学堂 App 通用隐私政策
丫丫乐学堂（“我们”）重视儿童、家长及所有用户的隐私。本政策适用于丫丫乐学堂运营、发布或使用本页面链接的所有网站、iOS、iPadOS 及其他平台应用（统称“本应用”），包括现有应用和未来发布的应用。
不同应用可能提供不同的学习主题或功能；如某个应用存在本政策未涵盖的额外数据处理，我们会在该应用内或其应用商店页面另行说明。
除本政策明确说明的 Apple App Store 交易外，本应用不包含第三方分析、第三方广告、行为追踪或账号注册服务。
1. 信息收集
在不另行说明的情况下，本应用不收集或上传姓名、电话、邮箱、精确位置、通讯录、照片、视频、麦克风录音、设备标识符、广告标识符或其他可识别个人身份的信息。
本应用可能仅在设备本地保存语言或学习偏好、已学习内容、进度及功能显示状态。这些数据不会传输给我们或其他第三方，也不用于广告、分析、画像或跨应用跟踪。
2. 内购和订阅
部分应用可能提供可选的非消耗型购买或自动续订订阅。购买、付款、续期、取消和恢复购买均由 Apple App Store 处理，并受 Apple 的条款和隐私政策约束。我们不会获取或保存 Apple ID 密码、银行卡号、支付账户信息或账单地址。
3. 第三方服务与数据共享
除 Apple App Store 为完成用户主动发起的交易所必需的处理外，我们不向第三方出售、出租、交换或共享用户数据。本应用默认不集成第三方统计、广告、社交登录、云端账号或崩溃报告服务。
经家长验证后，应用可能打开 Apple App Store 中其他应用的页面。该操作不会向我们传输用户信息。
4. 儿童隐私
本应用面向儿童及其家长设计。我们不以儿童为对象收集个人信息，不使用个性化广告或跨应用跟踪，也不会要求儿童提供个人信息。涉及购买、外部链接或其他需要成人判断的操作时，会要求家长完成验证。
5. 数据安全与保存期限
本地设置由系统保护，并在用户删除应用或清除应用数据时删除。我们不建立统一用户账号或远程学习档案，因此没有需要在服务器上保存的用户个人数据。
6. 家长和用户权利
家长可以删除应用以移除本地数据。如某个应用未来增加需要收集个人数据的功能，我们会提供相应的访问、更正、删除或撤回同意方式，并在该应用内更新说明。
7. 政策更新
我们会在本页面更新生效日期。重大变化会在相关应用的更新说明或页面中提示。

Yaya Learning Apps Privacy Policy
Yaya Learning (“we”) respects the privacy of children, parents, and all users. This policy applies to all websites and apps operated, published, or linked by Yaya Learning, including current and future apps (the “Apps”). Different Apps may provide different topics or features; any additional data practice will be disclosed in the relevant App.
Unless specifically stated for an Apple App Store transaction, the Apps do not include third-party analytics, advertising, behavioral tracking, or account registration.
Information collection
Unless separately disclosed, the Apps do not collect or upload names, contact details, precise location, contacts, photos, videos, microphone recordings, device identifiers, advertising identifiers, or other personal information. Learning preferences, progress, and display state may be stored locally on the device only and are not transmitted, shared, or used for advertising, analytics, profiling, or cross-app tracking.
Purchases and subscriptions
Some Apps may offer optional non-consumable purchases or auto-renewable subscriptions. Apple App Store processes purchases, billing, renewals, cancellations, and restores. We do not receive or store Apple ID passwords, payment card details, payment credentials, or billing addresses.
Children’s privacy
The Apps are designed for children and parents. We do not knowingly collect children’s personal information, use personalized advertising or cross-app tracking, or require children to provide personal information. Parent verification is used before purchases or other adult-oriented actions.
